It’s time to LOVE again
Summary
People choose to hurt people cuz it's too difficult to heal." That's the raw diagnosis from a straphanger who gets real with Kareem about why so many of us stay stuck in our pain. Even with mental health resources everywhere, healing childhood trauma is just too hard for most people, so they become villains instead. But this rider isn't having it. Their prescription? Find that trauma, cry it out, and push through with love. Cut off anyone who doesn't support your peace, even family, because "blood is sucking the water, but not your peace." It's tough love advice. Kareem's on board.
