Therapy Enables Bad Behavior
Summary
A drag queen on the subway shares her spicy take: therapy enables bad behavior because therapists just agree with everything to keep clients paying. She explains that when she told her therapist she wanted to dress up like a girl, they encouraged her to follow her dreams, and look how that turned out. Kareem asks why she prefers an older woman as her therapist. Mommy issues? Not quite. She insists her real mom was great and even jokingly claims she breastfed until she was 18. The conversation spirals into increasingly absurd territory from there, complete with an offer Kareem probably shouldn't have considered on camera.

So what's your take? Therapy enables bad behavior? Therapy enables bad behavior, 100% agree. Look at how I turned out. 'Cause you were like, "I want to dress up like a girl," and the therapist were like, "Just follow your dreams in your heart," and now I'm this corrupt. But to be honest with you, 'cause when you think about it, a therapist, you're paying them to support you, yeah? So whatever you say, they're going to go and be like, "Yes, if that's what you feel you need to do, you need to do that." They're not going to be like, "No, B, don't do that," 'cause stop going like—they got bills to pay. I like an old lady as my therapist. Why, Mama, Mama, I want Mama's advice? You have mommy issues, I guess. What did your real mom do to you?
She was great. I love my mom. Did she breastfeed you for really long?
Until I was 18. You were not sucking on your mom's tit till you were 18. How do you know?
You can suck on my tit. Should I do it? Is this legal on camera?
It's not even a real tip. You know, it doesn't mean you're gay.
